The Awakening, South Africa’s favorite dark rock export, is set to tour their home country for the first time since relocating to the USA in 2008.

The band will be playing 6 shows across South Africa in March, in support of their latest release, "Anthology XV": a career spanning retrospective that includes new interpretations, new songs and new mixes of the band’s most memorable songs.

To start proceedings, we are proud to present the all new version of the band’s breakthrough hit, their iconic cover of The Sound Of Silence.

The Sound Of Silence (2014) breathes new life into one of the songs that spearheaded the SA rock explosion in the late 90’s and remains a national treasure to this day!.
